Account Manager
We are looking for highly motivated indiviuals to help us grow the lease purchase industry to new heights!
TRS, Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to start a career in the position of Account Manager. You will learn all aspects of the lease purchase industry from the ground up! This includes customer service, lease purchase agreements, inventory control, counter solicitation, delinquency management, and revenue collection. - Customer Service Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Handle cash drawer management. Responsible for operation of computer system. Will assist in training new personnel on computer system. Perform clerical tasks, such as typing, filing, record keeping, etc. Required to answer phone calls and respond to such issues as follow-up on
lease purchase and sales orders. Will supply sales and lease purchase information to callers. May handle all incoming and outgoing mail. Other duties as deemed necessary.
- Sales Representative
Develop retail and lease purchase business in accordance with objectives established by the Store Manager through floor sales, phone solicitation, preparing mailers, phone inquiries. Accurately complete sales invoices, delivery orders, salvage documents, assist customer at the counter or on the phone, schedule delivery/pick-up of merchandise, process lease merchandise returns. May be required to make daily bank deposits. May be be required to collect mail daily from the post office.

Stock Person
Under direct supervision from the Store Manager, the Stock Person is responsible for the loading, unloading, cleaning and assembly, when necessary, of store merchandise. In addition, the Stock Person is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
Warehouse Positions
- Delivery Driver
Under direct supervision, delivery driver will drive company truck to deliver/install, set-up and pick-up merchandise, as well as load, unload and move product consisting of appliances, electronics and furniture.
- Warehouse Manager
Responsible for the daily operation of a multi-product warehouse and distribution of product to stores. Supervise warehousing operation including: shipping and receiving merchandise, delivery and pick up, storage, staffing, scheduling, and assignment of duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of sub-contracted delivery installers. Maintain security of locks, truck seals, and alarm system and response, oversee merchandise repair and parts management, coordinate/schedule inventory shipment, load and unload merchandise.

Delivery Person
Under direct supervision, delivery and set-up merchandise, pick up merchandise being returned by customer, maintain a positive working relationship with the customer at all times.
- Delivery Supervisor
Maintain a positive working relationship with customer at all times, deliver, set-up, and install merchandise, pick up merchandise being returned by customer, load, unload merchandise from trucks, fill stock orders, schedule truck maintenance, ensure truck policies are followed at all times, supervision of delivery personnel, responsible for any damage caused to either the merchandise and/or customer's residence during delivery, set up, or pick up. Responsible for: shipping, labeling and receiving merchandise, and completing necessary documentation.

Warehouse Worker
Load, unload merchandise from trucks, fill stock orders, security of company equipment, complete necessary paperwork, labeling of incoming merchandise, shipping and receiving merchandise, sort, count and check existence of material and parts, other duties as deemed necessary.
