Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Previous rent to own and/or rental management experience is preferred
• Credit and collection experience is a plus
• Possess positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Requires excellent organization skills, self-motivation, and ability to adapt to change
• Computer skills and the ability to use office equipment
• Requires use of own vehicle, valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance coverage
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Other duties as deemed necessary
